The Company Law & Secretarial Practice (CCSP) programme is aimed at equipping participants with a sound knowledge of business law, business taxation, company law, ethics and governance, and principles of accounting. The CCSP programme can promote the capacity building needs of companies that require their secretaries to be high-ranking professionals with a broad base of skills essential to the administration and management of a company.
Upon successful completion of the CCSP programme, successful Malaysian candidates will be eligible to apply for the company secretarial practice license issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). The CCSP qualification may also serve as a springboard to various other positions for Malaysian candidates, such as corporate advisors, corporate officers, governance officers, tax agents, compliance officers, corporate administrators and company directors or entrepreneurs.
