• Refund and cancellation will be processed on case by case basis, subject to the financial policy of the University.
• Please email the refund/cancellation request to academy.finance@iium.edu.my.
• Both successful and unsuccessful applications will be notified via email.
• Any decision made by IIUM Academy is final. No further appeal will be entertained.
