The IIUM Academy of Graduate & Professional Studies proudly hosted an Appreciation Ceremony in honour of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Badri Najib Zubir, Former Dean of IIUM Academy, on 8 July 2026 at Zabeedah Hall, IIUM Gombak Campus.
The ceremony brought together distinguished members of the IIUM community to recognise and celebrate his dedicated service, remarkable leadership and invaluable contributions to the development of IIUM Academy.
The occasion was graced by the presence of the Professor Emeritus Datuk Dr. Osman Bakar, Rector of IIUM, members of the University Management Committee, the IIUM Academy Business Committee, as well as current and former members of the IIUM Academy Executive Committee.
Throughout his tenure as Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Badri Najib Zubir played an important role in shaping the strategic direction, institutional growth, and continued progress of IIUM Academy. His leadership reflected a strong commitment to excellence, collaboration and the advancement of graduate and professional education.
More than a formal appreciation ceremony, the event served as a meaningful reflection on a journey defined by service, dedication and purpose.
