Off-campus activities include volunteering opportunities and internships, as well as trips to nearby attractions. There are also student exchange programs and international student conferences available to students. Transportations

Getting to International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is easy, thanks to our convenient location and accessible transportation options. Whether you’re coming from the nearby city of Kuala Lumpur or from other parts of Malaysia, there are several transportation options available to you.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take the LRT (Light Rail Transit) train to Gombak station and then take a connecting bus to IIUM. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or ridehailing service directly to our campus.
Our location is also easily accessible by car, with ample parking available for both students and visitors.

For those traveling from further afield, our campus is conveniently located near major highways and is easily accessible from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and other transportation hubs.
We also offer shuttle services for students traveling within the campus.
